محبت کی گلی میں ہم یوں چلتے ہیں
جیسے جانتے نہ ہوں کہ خود گم ہوتے ہیں
تنہائی کی شاموں میں تیرا خیال آتا ہے
یادوں کے چراغ جلا کر، دل بہل جاتا ہے
آنسوؤں کی بوندوں میں تیری صورت دیکھتا ہوں
غزلوں کے ہر مصرعے میں تیرا ذکر کرتا ہوں
تیرے بغیر یہ زندگی ادھوری سی لگتی ہے
خوابوں کی دنیا بھی کچھ کم رنگین سی لگتی ہے
رات کی خاموشی میں تیری آواز سنتا ہوں
تنہا ہوں مگر تیرے سنگ پل گزارتا ہوں
محبت کے سفر میں ہم نے بہت کچھ کھویا ہے
پھر بھی دل کو سکون ہے، جو تیرے قدموں میں پایا ہے
دل کی کتاب میں تیرا نام لکھا ہے
آنسوؤں کی سیاہی سے، تیری یادوں کو باندھا ہے
اک مدت بعد تجھے دیکھا، دل بے قابو ہو گیا
محبت کی آگ پھر سے جل اٹھی، سب کچھ بہا لے گیا
- شام ڈھلتے ہی تیری یاد ستاتی ہے
تنہائی میں تیری آواز، دل بہلاتی ہے
اک خواب سا تیری یاد میں بُنتا ہوں
درد کی گلیوں میں، تیری خوشبو سونگھتا ہوں
میرے دل کی دھڑکنوں میں، تیرا نام بستا ہے
جیسے دریا کے پانی میں، چاند کا عکس ہوتا ہے
اک پل کو بھی تیرے بغیر، جی نہیں سکتا ہوں
تیری یاد میں ہر لمحہ، دل جلاتا ہوں
محبت کی داستان، یوں ادھوری رہ گئی
تیرے بغیر یہ دنیا، سنسان رہ گئی
تیری یادوں کے سائے میں، دل کا سکون پایا ہے
تنہائی میں بھی تیری محبت کا احساس پایا ہے
دل کی دھڑکنوں میں تیرے قدموں کی چاپ ہے
یہ محبت کی گلی، بہت ہی سنسان ہے
اک پل کو بھی تجھے بھول نہیں سکتا ہوں
تیرے خیالوں میں ہر پل کھو جاتا ہوں
محبت کے راستے میں، ہم نے بہت کچھ سہا ہے
پھر بھی دل کو سکون ہے، جو تیرے ساتھ پایا ہے
تیری یادوں کی خوشبو سے، دل معطر ہوتا ہے

بے قرار دل میں تیرے عشق کی جلن ہے
